In December 2020 AG47 Energy were chosen by Skanska to be the BMS Contractor for 1-4 Marble Arch, London.
This project encompasses the demolition and redevelopment behind a retained façade and will include the provision of a building of two basements, ground floor, plus part mezzanine and eight upper storeys accommodating office and retail located on the corner of Great Cumberland Place and Marble Arch.
The building services which have been designed to provide energy and cost efficiency include:
- A 4-Pipe fan coil unit system fed by an air cooled chiller and gas fired LTHW boilers.
- Mechanical supply and extract ventilation with heat recovery to office floors.
- A smoke management and HVAC system operating in accordance to the positions of a number of associated motorised dampers.
All of which will be controlled and monitored by a Distech Controls BMS System that AG47 Energy shall be installing.
